There are many ‘Grand Hotels’ in the world. We would like to think we are the exception. In fact, our value statement is “An exceptional experience” and we strive to deliver this to every guest who walks through our doors.
Grand Jersey is not part of a chain and we wish to emphasise the fact that an investment of over £15 million has been made in the hotel since the time when it was known as ‘The Grand’ or ‘The Grand Hotel’. Calling ourselves ‘Grand Jersey’ enables us to make a clean break from the past and gives us a reason to present the hotel in a new light. It also enables us to closely associate ourselves with the beautiful island of Jersey.
In light of this, we would really appreciate if you would refer to us as ‘Grand Jersey’ in all written and spoken communication.. To make things easier for all of our trade and media partners we have included in this trade and media section-:
When we refer to one of our sub-brands such as the Champagne Lounge, we refer to it as ‘the Champagne Lounge at Grand Jersey’. This principle applies throughout.
