Grand Jersey is delighted to have won Best CRM Programme at the CIM Awards 2009 after being shortlisted for the award for the past few years!
After our recent transformation and rebrand, we focused on gaining corporate business and appealing strongly to the executive business traveller.
Through a focused, highly personal and bespoke CRM programme, we developed our corporate business far beyond our expectations during the course of 2008. Relying on research, segmentation and face to face communication, we delivered excellent results in our corporate room bookings and events business.
