Grand Jersey Celebrates Five Star Status!

We are delighted to annouce that we have received our fifth star from the AA!
Following recent inspections by the AA, we have become only the second hotel in Jersey to be awarded the much coveted accolade of five stars and are now the only hotel in St Helier to have five stars.
Our Managing Director Anna Dowling commented: "We are delighted to have been awarded five star status by the AA. It is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our team that we have achieved this premier ranking. Following the hotel's refurbishment we have spent the last 12 months working very hard to ensure that we achieve this aspirational fifth star. We have continued to invest in training, product standards and maintain staffing levels despite the difficult economic climate. it has always been our aim to provide guests with an exceptional experience by striving to give the highest levels of service."
