We are excited to be bringing you this special dining experience. We will be welcoming Michelin Star Chef Marcello Tully from Kinloch Lodge in the Isle of Skye to the Tassili kitchen where he will join our own Michelin Star Chef Richard Allen to bring you a unique and exciting menu based around Marcello’s own unique style.
Beer is not always associated with fine dining, but we hope to dispel this theory with an amazing collection of artisan brewery’s wares. Everything from IPA to Beer de Garde and Trapiste to Hefe, there is a beer for every dish.
Our Tassili Wine Dinner is priced at £85 per person which includes six course meal and wines to match.

I used to knock around with Frank when I was a sommelier in London in the 90’s, then he went off to Spain to work as a brand ambassador for Torres wines in Barcelona, and I went off to Dubai. Now Frank runs ‘Epicure Wines’, based in Priorato and now produces in many of Spain’s greatest regions. Frank will present his wines to us and explain his passion in detail.

I first met Stefano fifteen years ago when he was pioneering Soave’s Sauvignon revolution and he has become a regional legend in Verona. His wines always win high praise for their technical precision and definition and Stefano’s wines just keep getting better and better.
