Victorias will be hosting a Rat Pack themed evening on Friday 7th June from 7pm. Enjoy a delicious themed buffet dinner with live entertainment from singer Tony Gardiner throughout the evening. Tony Gardiner is an amazing solo singer who performs songs made famous by “The Ratpack" (Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Junior, Bobby Darin, etc.) and some more contemporary artistes of the same style.

A new dining experience will see Grand Jersey and Dunnells Premier Wines bring ‘Four Seasons of Elegant Dining’ to 16 New Street, the historic, recently renovated house in St Helier. In conjunction with the National Trust for Jersey, each event will offer a select few the opportunity to enjoy Georgian-inspired Michelin starred cuisine and vintage wines in a unique historical environment, brought to life by expert hosts talking on the subject of the 18th-19th century decorative and fine arts. Richard Allen, Michelin star chef of Tasilli, will present an exquisite three-course menu, accompanied by wines carefully selected by Dunnells.

Tassili will be hosting three wine master classes in 2013. A 2 hour wine master class session in the class room, followed by a 4 course dinner in Tassili, plus aperitif.
The Jersey Food Festival is a weeklong celebration of the iconic Jersey Royal potato and the bountiful seafood and dairy produce for which the Island is famous. Enjoy farm and dairy tours, low water walks and producer tours culminating in an al fresco food event in St. Helier. The festival will highlight the seasonality, variety and quality of food on the island and offer a chance to meet the chefs and Genuine Jersey producers as they share their foodie passions.
